Customer Support Representative

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative with a talent (and passion) for websites and excellent customer support. You'll help our customers create and manage their websites in the SpaceCraft publishing platform by answering questions online and over the phone. You'll create support materials including written descriptions with screenshots and video tutorials. You'll conduct training sessions with our customers. This is a full time position with some need to respond to questions on nights and weekends.

Required Skills

  • Customer service oriented
  • Passion for websites and the digital space
  • Understanding of the SpaceCraft platform (we'll train you)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (not required but preferable)
  • 1-2 years of experience providing customer support via phone, chats, email
  • General willingness to jump in and help when and where necessary
  • Comfortable creating new support documentation (articles & videos)
  • ZenDesk experience a plus
