We’re looking for talented Sales Representatives who can make an immediate impact by driving new business development. In this role you will work directly with our customers to help them successfully create and maintain their web presence using the SpaceCraft platform.
Primary Job Functions:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses to offer SpaceCraft services.
- Handle inbound sales and support calls as needed.
- Account management of existing book of business.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.
- Establish and nurture a consistent pipeline on a daily basis via lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Cultivate relationships with existing account base and drive customer satisfaction.
- Experience in making outbound calls to generate leads and sales.
- Excels in account management after the point of sale.
- Maintain organized and thorough CRM data.
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
- Passion for the web and CMS software.
