Sales Representative

We’re looking for talented sales representatives who can make an immediate impact by driving new business development. In this role you will work directly with our customers to help them successfully create and maintain their web presence using the SpaceCraft platform.

Primary job functions

  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses to offer SpaceCraft services and workshops.
  • Handle inbound sales and support calls as needed.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.
  • Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis via lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing client base and drive customer satisfaction.

Required skills

  • Experience in making outbound calls to generate leads and sales.
  • Maintain organized and thorough CRM data.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Passion for the web and CMS software.
