SpaceCraft and Element to Merge
Austin, Texas - September 10, 2013 - SpaceCraft announced today that it has merged with one of Austin's leading digital design and marketing firms, Element Creative. The combined company will retain the name SpaceCraft and operate under the co-leadership of current SpaceCraft CEO Adam Moore and Element CEO Dan Isaacs. This strategic merger will allow SpaceCraft to rapidly expand operations, improve product offerings, strengthen design capabilities and support customer growth.
SpaceCraft's cutting edge software builds responsive websites for small businesses that work seamlessly across smartphones, tablets and PCs. SpaceCraft debuted its web-based software in May 2012. Since then they have seen an influx of customers, powering over a 1,000 websites for restaurants, musicians, fitness studios, business professionals and more. Joining with Element Creative allows SpaceCraft to sustain their rapid growth rate while continuing to offer exceptional customer solutions.
Dan Isaacs, Founder and CEO of Element Creative will be joining SpaceCraft as Co-CEO along with his talented team of digital experts. "We've been keeping track of SpaceCraft's significant growth over the last couple years." said Isaacs. "I'm excited about combining these two experienced teams and at the potential of what we can accomplish in this rapidly growing market."
"This merger brings together two great teams with proven track records." said Adam Moore, SpaceCraft's Co-founder and CEO. "Dan and I have worked together for over a decade. We helped Dell build their online business in the 90's. As partners at T3, we helped make it one of Austin's leading digital marketing firms, and most recently, we co-founded, grew and successfully sold digital marketing agency Springbox."
Element Creative was founded in October of 2011 and have since made a name for themselves as one of Austin's top digital design firms. Their unique and creative work for well-known brands like Adobe, Evernote and startups like Bloomfire have set them apart from other agencies. Element Creative will continue to offer custom design solutions to their client base while bringing a wealth of experience to SpaceCraft to help with the continued expansion of the platform.
"This merger is a perfect fit for both our teams," said Isaacs. "SpaceCraft and Element Creative share the same focus on innovation and creating world-class products. Joining forces will allow us to continue these goals in a really exciting, fast-growing space. I can't imagine a better culture fit for our company - we all work really hard and have a great time while we're at it."
The combined company of 18 employees is profitable and will be looking to expand rapidly. This expansion includes a search for additional talent, a larger office space and may include raising additional capital to fuel growth.
